Refund Policy
At Lauren Anne Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and products to support your nail career journey. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Courses:
All course bookings are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise required by New Zealand consumer law.
This includes all in-person and online courses or masterclasses. Once a booking is made, your place is secured and resources are allocated.
If you are unable to attend your course:
You may reschedule your course once with a minimum of 14 days' notice, subject to availability, within a one year period.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours before your course start date, will occur in a cancellation fee of $300 that will need to paid within 7 days.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If Lauren Anne Academy cancels a course, you may choose a full refund of transfer to a future course.
Course kits:
Course kits (Brillbird) are non-refundable once opened or used.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Digital products:
All digital downloads, resources, or course content are non-refundable once purchased due to the nature of instant access.
